Routt County Livability Index
The Routt County Livability Index is produced annually and is the product of the Routt County Economic Development Cooperative. The Yampa Valley, reflecting a diverse rural economy, values its economy and its businesses while remaining mindful of our heritage and respectful of our environment and people. The Valley encompasses both Routt and Moffat Counties in the Northwest section of Colorado. The Routt County Economic Development Cooperative focuses on facilitating the growth, diversification and stability of Routt County's economy primarily through the practice of "Economic Gardening" as an economic development strategy that supports and fosters a culture of entrepreneurship.
Routt County Economic Development Cooperative is comprised of elected representatives from each of the communities in Routt County and a member of each of the economic development organizations in the County.
