What is the quantity and quality of our child care facilities?
Basis: How a community values and cares for its children is important. Providing families and children with sufficient quality child care at a reasonable price is essential for a community to be a desirable place to live. The team has identified two factors to
measure this value of the Index: the quantity and quality of licensed child care facilities, based on Qualistar data.
Qualistar is a Colorado-based non-profit organization dedicated to improving child development and age-appropriate learning experiences for all children.
