Do we value Civic Institutions as reflected by attendance and use?
Basis: Using data available for libraries which are funded by a mill levy, (with the exception of Garfield County), the Team identified public funding of libraries as a good representation of monitoring our support of civic institutions. More data will be added to this section as it becomes available for categories such as: involvement, attendance, and use of more institutions (i.e. Recreation Centers, Libraries, Music Halls, Sport Clubs, etc.)
