What is the change in construction values relative to permits year over year?
Basis: The construction industry currently provides a major source of employment and financial contribution to each county’s economy, therefore monitoring this sector of economic activity indicates an aspect of the county’s economy. This Index is similar to national economic indicators on New Housing Starts.
