Green indicates top third and reasonable rate of change
Yellow indicates middle third and relativly stable
Red indicated bottom third with little or no positive change
The 2009 Routt County Livability Index had a composite figure of 0.99, which means that the measurement of livability of Routt County decreased 1 percent from the previous Index.
Routt County decreased in three of the four general categories and increased in only one category. While there were various changes within each of the four categories,
Economic livability of Routt County increased 11 percent,
Social livability decreased 7 percent,
Environmental livability decreased 1 percent,
Civic livability decreased 7 percent.
It is important to note that given there is only a 1 percent difference between second and fourth there is a virtual three-way tie for second.
