General Observations

Routt County Observations:

Overall, Routt County decreased from the highest rated county to the second highest rated county. This is attributable to the fact that Routt County decreased in three of the seven measurements that are outlined above. By taking a closer look at each of these seven measurements, the residents of Routt County can closer study in what areas we have improved upon and in what areas we may need to focus in order to improve in the future.
