• For counties with “NA” listed we use the prior years index and will update when more current data is available.

Routt County Observations:

• Routt is the only county to improve its home ownership ratio of the five counties reporting.

What percentage of residents age
25 to 44 own property?

The census department has recently released additional reports that provide more current data on the counties with a population of 20,000 or more residents. As this report shows, only five of the 10 measured counties have current data. Through either population growth in those counties or as new data becomes available in those counties, it will be included in the Index in future years. The value of the reporting on these five counties is that they are the most similar to Routt County in population.
